Broccoli Salad

Broccoli Salad

1 -2 large heads Broccoli, broken into small pieces
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. red onion
1 lb. bacon, cooked crisp and broken
1/2 c. hulled sunflower seeds, optional*

Dressing:
1 c. mayonnaise
2 T vinegar, (i use Bragg's raw apple cider vinegar)
1/4 c. Splenda

Combine salad ingredients. Mix dressing ingredients and pour over. Chill before serving.
